What do you provide?
To ensure that your event runs perfectly, we'll arrive 2 hours before it begins. We'll set up before the event and break down once it ends. We supply our own decorations for the trailer.
Included in the Without A Hitch experience are consumables, such as drinkware, napkins, straws, ice, juice, and whatever else is needed to complete your menu.
Is alcohol included?
Any alcohol must be purchased by you, then can be served by us at your event. We're happy to help you put a list together of everything that you will need for your menu.
Do you serve nonalcoholic beverages?
Yes, mocktails (nonalcoholic cocktails) as well as hot drinks such as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot apple cider, and more can be served at your event. Our mission is to provide an unforgettable experience for all guests!
How much space do you need?
We will visit the venue before your event to ensure that our trailer will fit without obstructing your event in any way. Our trailer, Blanche, takes up approximately 10 feet x 7.5 feet of space. Altogether, the space must be at least 20 feet x 20 feet to fit our tow vehicle and equipment.
How do you get power?
Clients can choose to supply an outlet for power (110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet) or they can request that a generator be provided by us.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.

Our payment plan includes paying half upon booking, then the other half one month before your event.
